Healthy Eating Diet – How to Eat Healthy

in order. In this article, we are going to be talking about how to design a diet for yourself that will allow you to stay healthy and lose weight at the same time. Don’t worry, we are not going to starve you like the majority of diet programs out there today. In fact, you will be eating six times per day!
1-Make sure you get fruits and veggies
I am sure all of you know that eating a good amount of fruits and veggies throughout the day is extremely important. But did you know it is not good to eat them at certain times? The best time to have them is first thing in the morning, right before a workout, and right after a workout. The reason for this is because they are high in sugar which will cause fat build up if they aren’t consumed at the right time.
2-Get enough protein
Protein is essential to our body and because of this we need to make sure we are feeding it plenty of protein. If you are working out, you need to be consuming at least one gram of protein per pound of body weight.
3-Eat six meals per day
If you have been eating three meals per day, what I want you to do is take those meals and split them in half so you are now eating six meals per day. The reason this helps you lose weight is because it keeps your metabolism going fast. Make sure you do not go longer than three hours without eating.
